Shipping policy

Purely Native ships year round within the United States with multiple shipping options. Most in-stock orders are shipped within one to two business days of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on backorder are held until they can be shipped complete. We do not ship to P.O., FPO or APO addresses

International Addresses: We are unable to ship to international locations at this time.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Maine addresses will be subject to Maine sales tax in accordance with State law.

Returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you purchased our product through Amazon, please return to Amazon directly for a refund.  If you purchased products from our website (www.purelynative.com), we will gladly accept returns of unopened, undamaged product within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for bulk or wholesale orders. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special promotions or gift cards.
